WHAT IS CNC CURB RASH REPAIR?
When a CNC-machined rim hits a curb, it scratches the precisely-cut face. The only true repair is to re-machine that face using the same kind of CNC lathe that made it.
We cut a fresh face on the rim, removing the damaged surface entirely and leaving a clean, factory-quality machined finish. The result looks great again — you can see our work on Google and Yelp under "Charlie's Rim Repair."
This is also far more durable than filler-based repairs. There's nothing to chip or peel — it's solid machined aluminum.

Drop Off the Bare Rim
Have your tire store remove the tire before bringing the rim. We do not have tire machines.
CNC Machining
We mount your rim on our CNC lathe and cut a fresh face, removing all curb damage in one precise pass.
Same-Day Pickup
Most CNC curb rash repairs are done same-day. Take it back to your tire store to have the tire remounted.
Also need painting? If your damage is surface-only without a machined finish, our rim painting service may be the right option. Text us photos and we'll advise.
