Charlie's Rim Repair was founded in 2017 by Charles McReynolds — a Master-certified automotive technician with over 45 years of experience in the trade. Charlie was a pioneer in his field, developing his own repair methods and fabricating specialized tools that still set the standard for our work today. He built this business on three principles: do the job right, be honest with every customer, and never compromise on safety.

When Charlie retired, Devin stepped in — not simply to keep the business running, but because he genuinely believed in what Charlie had built. Trained and personally certified by Charlie himself, Devin was drawn to the business by the same values that earned it its reputation.

Under new ownership, Charlie's Rim Repair is also a community investment. At a time when automation and artificial intelligence are reshaping the workforce, Devin believes deeply in the enduring value of skilled trades — and in creating real opportunities for the next generation to learn them. We proudly employ and mentor young welders and automotive technicians who want to do meaningful work with their hands and serve their local community. That tradition of craft is something Charlie started. We intend to carry it forward.
