We do not have tire machines. Have your tire removed at your tire store before bringing in your rim. We are in cooperation with local tire stores.

WHAT WE REPAIR
We accept aluminum alloy rims up to 28" (24" for machining) and steel rims for most vehicles. Prices shown are starting points — text photos for your exact quote.
Rim Straightening / Bend Repair
From $125
Professional rim straightening using hydraulic presses followed by machining-to-true on our aluminum lathe. $25 more for each heavy/additional bend.

$225 – $250
3-stage process: TIG weld → straighten/true → CNC machine inner sealing surface. 6-month warranty. Single cracks only — multiple cracks are a safety issue and cannot be repaired.

A cosmetic-only and non-structural repair which includes removing damaged areas by sanding, then color-matching and blending paint over the repaired areas.

We cut a new face on your CNC rim using our precision lathe, removing curb scratches completely. Up to 22" rims. Same-day service.

Blemish removal and professional repaint for rims up to 20" (larger cost more).
Learn moreEccentric Bore Enlargement
$100 per rim
If your bolt pattern is correct but the center bore is too small, we can bore it to the size you need. Bring your old rim and the new rim so we can use the correct measurement.
Tire Bead / Air Leak Repair
$75 per rim
We machine both of the rim's inner sealing lips to remove corrosion and restore a proper sealing surface so your tire seals correctly.
Steel Rim Repair
From $100
Small car steel rims: $100/rim. Light trucks and vans: $125/rim. Heavy bend adds $25–$50 depending on damage. Repaired on a dedicated steel rim machine with hydraulic straighteners.
PRICING NOTES
- · Rims above 20" cost more on most services — text a photo for an exact quote.
- · We only repair rims with a single crack. Multiple cracks are a safety issue — those rims must be replaced.
- · Most rims can only be repaired 1-2 times due to metal removed during the repair process.
- · Exact paint matching cannot be guaranteed — age, original clear coats, ceramics, and metallic content all affect match.
- · First-time customers: $10 OFF — mention this website when you call.

Drop Off Your Bare Rim
Have your tire store remove the tire first — we do not have tire machines. Drop off the bare rim at our Modesto shop.
Expert Repair
Charlie's Rim Repair works on your rim with proven methods using world-class machinery.
Pick Up & Hit the Road
Most repairs are same-day or next-day. Take your rim back to your tire store to have the tire remounted and balanced.
