Professional rim straightening using hydraulic presses followed by machininug-to-true on our aluminimum lathe.

Single crack only. 3-stage process: TIG weld → straighten/true → CNC machine inner sealing surface. 6-month warranty. Single cracks only — multiple cracks are a safety issue and cannot be repaired.

A cosmetic-only and non-structural repair which includes removing damaged areas by sanding, then color-matching and blending paint over the repaired areas.

Why It Matters

THE CERTIFIED
RIM REPAIR

Most shops will patch-weld and hammer a cracked rim, then angle grind it to fit a tire and call it fixed. That's not a safe repair — it's a shortcut. A properly repaired cracked rim requires three stages: TIG welding the crack, straightening and truing, and then machining the inner sealing surface so your tire seals correctly and rides true (no vibration).

We're the only shop in the Central Valley with the equipment to do all three steps in-house. That's why tire shops and dealerships within 80 miles send their customers to us.

TIG Weld the Crack

Precision aluminum TIG welding closes the crack structurally.

Hydraulic Straightening

The rim is straightened and trued on our hydraulic machine for proper roundness.

Machine Inner Lips

The inner sealing lips are machined on our lathe to ensure your tire seals correctly. Most shops skip this step.
